SPANISH STYLE - Kate and Tim's first book together. A fun filled two month trip around Spain discovering some of the most beautiful Hotels and private houses resulted in this...published in London & New York by Merrell. It was a wonderful trip and, despite Kate missing Camont and Tim missing his family and rather too much coffee and coñac being drunk by both...we're still talking to each other!

 

 

Kate's first book...recently re-published by Ten Speed Press in San Francisco. It contains many classic Gascon recipes along with Kates new take on some old French favourites and details the days when she ruled the Canal Lateral as 'Cap'n Kate'.

 

Not written by Kate (sometimes clients INSIST Tim works with other writers!) it's included here as it really captures the beauty of living in France.
